Anton Siluanov: it is necessary to increase budget expenditures in human capital

Finance Minister of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov considers that it is a useful measure to increase the state budget expenditures on human capital, but, according to his opinion, other measures in this direction need too.
On Tuesday, Alexey Kudrin, the head of the Centre for Strategic Research, presented the Russian economic development strategy for 2018-2024 to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. One of the measures within the framework of the strategy is to increase investment in human capital.
"I agree with Alexei Leonidovich. It is necessary to increase expenditures on human capital", - Siluanov said at the SPIEF.
But, according to his opinion, other measures in this direction need too.
