Thus, budget funds can be placed in banks which have at the same time credit rating not below the level of A-(EN) Analytical credit rating Agency and is not below the level of Gia Agency «Expert RA». Ratings A-(EN) and Gia- «reflect a moderately high level of creditworthiness», says the government.
«The Bank of Russia registry of credit rating agencies supplemented by credit rating Agency «Joint-stock company «Rating Agency «Expert RA», whose methodology of assigning credit ratings to banks in conformity with the Bank of Russia’s requirements,» reads the note to the document.
In July, Medvedev signed a decree, which established a minimum credit rating of the Bank that hosts the budget — not below the level of A-(EN) the national scale of ACRES.
