Today, 95 years since the founding of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. The financial system of the Republic of Tatarstan has its origins in 1920.
On May 27, at Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism in Lima, Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with Acting Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru Edgar Vasquez to discuss issues related to mutually beneficial cooperation between Tatarstan and Peru. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Peru Andrey Guskov took part in the event.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that the collaboration between our republics is being established within the framework of Russia –Peru partnership. It should be mentioned that the meeting on discussing further relationship in the sphere of transport vehicle manufacturing, the visit to Modasa plant producing buses on KAMAZ chassis took place earlier. Another meeting with business representatives to be held later the same day will be dedicated to presenting economical and investment potential of Tatarstan Republic. Agreement between Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Peruvian Association of Exporters (ADEX) is expected to be signed there.

The meeting discussed prospects of cooperation in the field of trade and economic.

The staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded letter of gratitude by Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The anti-crisis commission headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, will monitor question of the effectiveness of budget spending in the next three-year, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

The budget deficit of the Russian Federation should be decreased annually by 1 percentage point to 3.4 percent from the current in order to reach 2.4 percent in 2016 and to become zero in 2018 . This was announced by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov following a meeting with President Vladimir Putin.
