Russian Ministry of Finance, the Council on International Standards of Auditing and Assurance International Federation of Accountants and the auditing and consulting firm «PricewaterhouseCoopers» held a seminar on "International Standards on Auditing: new requirements for audit reports." It was attended by representatives of the audit organizations, the business community, self-regulating organizations of auditors, high school, public bodies.
Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov expects a decision on the possibility of "freezing" of pension savings in the next week.
"We expect a decision in the next week", - he told reporters on Wednesday.

According to preliminary estimates perform basic indicators of the federal budget in January-September 2015 amounted to:
- The amount of income received - 10 143 126.2 million rubles, or 80.9% of total revenues of the federal budget, approved by the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017";
- Execution of expenditures - 10 932 741.4 million rubles or 71.9% of total expenditures of the federal budget, approved by the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017"

Russia's Finance Ministry reports that on 24 September carried repay debt balance of the Russian Federation for the obligations of the former Soviet Union and the Russian Federation to the Republic of China in the amount of 400,970,000 Swiss francs.

On October 8, at a plenary session of the International research and practice conference "Muslim theological thought: national, religious and civilizational dimensions" in Bolgar, Tatarstan, President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov said that today national religious education does not enable to deal with current challenges, therefore, we need to establish a major scientific, educational and spiritual center that will consolidate positions of Russian Muslim leaders and foreign distinguished scientists, and traditional Islam.

Today at the meeting of the Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance. Parliament members summarized the suggestions and comments of all the parliamentary committees on Budget of the Republic in 2016. Consolidated conclusion parent committee became as original result of a broad discussion of the main financial law of Tatarstan, including the zonal meetings and parliamentary hearings. The draft budget is recommended for adoption in the first reading at the session of the State Council.
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with heads of financial bodies of municipal and urban districts on the operational performance of local budgets in January-September 2015 and the expected performance of local budgets in October 2015.
