According to the speaker, the rules for using pyrotechnic products in Tatarstan are prescribed by the decree of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on a special fire prevention regime in the Republic of Tatarstan from December 15 till January 10. 

As a result of 1123 inspections conducted by police officers 115 cases of fire safety breach have been revealed. 139 people will pay a fine of 276, 000 roubles. According to Sergeev, most cases were revealed from the end of December till the 5th of January. In accordance to the current decree, special sites for displaying fireworks were provided in every municipal region except for Tukai region. However, 7 people including 2 children were injured during this period. 

The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation is launching a new electronic service for citizens "Personal account the insured person" in January 2015. It will allow to find out how to form pension entitlements of the citizens that have not reached retirement age yet. Access to it will be on the site FIU, registered at the portal of public services.
