Meetings with utility companies, manufacturers of alcoholic beverages

On August 28, 2014 the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin held meetings with the major companies in the Oil and Gas sector of the republic - CGT JSC "Tatneft" and group of companies TAIF, as well as large enterprise engineering - JSC "KAMAZ" with the participation of representatives from the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The next meeting of the Board of Directors of OAO "Tatneft" was held today under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The first - to ensure listing in Russia for foreign issuers, both in shares and in bonds, we had a few instances where foreign companies and issuers, mainly from the CIS countries, entering the Russian market, and obtained listing - this is one side of the coin. And the second - allow the use of the ruble in foreign accounts. This, too, was sent to a number of measures. Now there are no restrictions, plus together with the deputies, we took in the spring of amendments to the legislation that allow resolve legal issues related to the inclusion in the list of the ruble exchange CLS Bank (Bank for International Settlements). On the one hand, and on the other - now some European banks already offer their customers payments in rubles, since there are no restrictions for this is not, and there is a specific customer demand, including on the part of our fellow citizens, who take the opportunity to open accounts for abroad, they want them to be in rubles.

On 26 August, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Deputy Minister DV Volkov held a meeting to review the reasons for the decline of income tax in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on results for the 1st half of 2014, the assessment of the financial and economic activities and payments in the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan until the end of 2014, and the forecast for 2015 appointments.

From 22 to 23 August 2014 meetings were held with the Minister of Finance, Deputy Minister A.G.Shishkina, Yu.I.Abdreevoy, AL ANFIMOVA to discuss the targets of the budgets of municipalities and urban districts, expenditure obligations of ministries and departments for 2015-2017 years.

Sabri Tunch Angyly leaves the post of Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Kazan after two years.
