The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, meetings were held with JSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" and energy enterprises.

The draft law "On Amendments to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan " On transport tax " discussed at a meeting of the Committee of RT State Council on Budget, Taxes and Finance .  A bill amending the terms of payment of vehicle tax , deputy chairman of the Committee prepared by Aida Sharipova . As explained by the deputy , the document has been prepared in order to bring the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On transport tax" in compliance with federal law , which provides that the tax payable by taxpayers no later than October 1 of the year following the tax period .

Russia's Finance Ministry has started the project "Promoting the improvement of public finance of the Russian Federation", financed, including through the World Bank loan. Interested companies are invited to submit proposals for the interest in participating in tenders for the provision of consulting services.

Ministry of Finance supports offer of the Russian oil companies to compensate the costs incurred due to the late change in the calculation of export duties under the tax maneuver and offers to include them in subsequent calculations of the export duty, according to Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Shatalov.

Russia may place on foreign markets several tranches of Eurobonds depending on the situation , told reporters, Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Storchak . "It may be two or more placements. Let's look at the situation , we do not need to force things tight , we can behave very quietly . Especially at the beginning of the year , "- he said. Earlier, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said that Russia could enter the market of foreign loans twice a stay in dollars and euros. Storchak said that flexibility in the choice of currency in Russia continues and no firm decisions yet.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov met today with delegation of Malaysian XYBase in the Government's House. The meeting was held within the framework of passing  international investment forum "Invest in Tatarstan". The Board of Directors received a report from CFO Kayumova AS on the results of financial and economic activities of the company in January 2014 and tasks for the I quarter of 2014 . Production of alcoholic beverages for January 2014 increased by 16% relative to the level in January 2013 and reached 505 thousand decaliters ( January 2013 - 434 thousand decalitres ) . Total sales of alcoholic beverages "Tatspirtprom " of branches and through OOO " Alkotorg " for January 2014 amounted to 369 thousand decaliters , higher than last year by 13 % ( January 2013 - 327 thousand decalitres ) .
