On February 26 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with heads of small oil companies on results of activity in 2013 and setting tasks for 2014 in Almetievsk (Tatarstan).

Rustam Minnikhanov positively estimated last year’s results achieved in oil industry.

523 mln tonnes of oil were produced in Russia, 32.867 tonnes - in Tatarstan, which is the maximum amount since 1992. Such results were achieved due to hard work of oil industry workers and government support, Rustam Minnikhanov noted. He added that oil industry would be the main one in Tatarstan economy in the nearest 20 years.

On February 26 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a Board session of OAO “Tatneft” on results of budget performance in January, approval of March budget, and work of the Department of internal audit in Almetievsk (Tatarstan).

Experts of the Department of internal audit carried out 11 planned audit inspections of financial and economic activity, and took part in implementation of nonscheduled projects, such as development of material and technical support strategy, and analysis of hotline activity.

Moreover, realisation of the third stage of resource saving programme, the strategy of product portfolio and sales of company’s tyre products were discussed at the session.

The Finance Ministry hopes to increase budget revenues through the implementation of measures to reducing offshore mechanism, told reporters today, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. "It's fine if the company is registered in offshore low-tax - but it is necessary to pay taxes where registered economic activity," - said the Minister. He noted that this principle was affirmed last week held a meeting of finance ministers of the "twenty".

Tatarstan President signed the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the suspension of the third paragraph of paragraph 2 of Article 55 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Tatarstan." Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation during the spring session may submit proposals to the State Duma for the gradual transition to the payment of property tax on the cadastral value. Told reporters in Moscow, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. Ministry of Finance considers it necessary to reconsider the approach to tax benefits canceling preferences previously granted inefficient companies in the provision of new benefits . This was announced by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov , speaking at an extended meeting of the Federal Tax Service . "We need to rethink our approach to tax benefits . If we provide a new benefit , we must speak about the cancellation of previously granted operating privileges that do not serve to boost business ," - said Siluanov . Today, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan held meetings with leaders of fiscal chambers of municipalities and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meetings discussed the execution of local budgets in January 2014 and expected execution of local budgets in February 2014.

In 2014, in the Republic of Tatarstan in the  overhaul  program includes 793 apartment buildings, funding for the program is 4 billion 683 million rubles.
