In the framework of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the growth of own revenues of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan Deputy Minister D.Volkov held a meeting to review the results of private lending, leasing and insurance companies for the 4 months of 2013, the expected performance of financial and economic activity in 2nd quarter of 2013. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the National Bank Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of Federal Tax Service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 17 at a meeting with deputies of Russian State Duma and members of the Federation Council Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan participation in federal programmes to a large extent depends on efficient work of deputies of Russian State Duma representing Tatarstan. 

Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted successful implementation of certain programmes due to republican Government and members of the Parliament. 

Rustam Minnikhanov asked to actively interact with federal ministries, major federal development institutions, and state companies.

In conclusion, Tatarstan President underlined that republican leadership is ready to support all initiatives of the deputies aimed at Tatarstan development. 

All obligations of the state over the next three years will be met in full, there won't be cuts in spending if a moderately optimistic scenario for the economy will be implemented, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

Today at the XXII session Kazan City Duma deputies approved the report on the budget of Kazan in 2012. The budget execution Kazgorduma already announced in March.
Budget revenues of Kazan in 2012 amounted to 24.468 billion rubles, expenses - 23.788 billion rubles, said at a meeting of the executive committee of the chief financial management Kazan Ayrat GARIPOV. Thus, the budget surplus amounted to 680.4 million rubles.

Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Shishkin held a meeting to review the draft of the federal program to improve the effectiveness of public (state and municipal) finance for the period up to 2018. According to the review, the relevant proposals will be sent tothe Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
