Deputy Minister D. Volkov held a meeting in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan to review the results of individual credit and insurance organizations in first qurter of 2013 and the expected performance of financial and economic activity in the second quarter of 2013.

Within a single day of the reception of citizens in the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan held a single visiting day of Aznakaevsky district citizens and municipalities of Yutazinsky district.

Questions were answered by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin and Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Julia Abdreyeva.

Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Alla Anfimova participated in a meeting of the Committee of the State Council on Culture, Science, Education and National Affairs on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Education", chaired by the President of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the State Legal Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Legal Department of the State Council, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, and other interested persons.

3 April 2013. Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Alla Anfimova took part in a working meeting of the Committee of the State Council on State Building and Local Government on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the interaction of bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan", chaired by the Chairman of the Committee Valentina Lipuzhina. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Legal Directorate of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Legal Department of the State Council.

A meeting on March 29-30 in Kazan on "Innovations of budget legislation and their impact on the budget process" was attended by Deputy Minister of Finance, L. Gornin, Deputy Finance Minister A. Lavrov, Director of fiscal policy in the social sphere and Science Ministry of Finance, V. Zelensky, Director of Budget Policy and the Ministry of Finance methodology S. Romanov, a number of heads of financial entities of the Russian Federation, officials of the President  of the Republic of Tatarstan Administration, the State Council, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments, representatives of financial, treasury and tax authorities.

A meeting on the implementation of the pilot project of children school visit control automatization in Zelenodolsk metro area was held on April 3, 2013 at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the representatives of the State Institution "Centre of Information Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan", as well as heads of departments of Education, Department of Culture, Directorate for of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Zelenodolsk municipal area.

As part of the March 29-30 meeting on the construction of inter-budgetary relations, the Director, Department of fiscal policy in the social sphere and Science of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Vladimir Zelensky spoke on implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 07.05.2012 and the innovations in the budget legislation.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited oil refinery complex OAO “TANECO” and Nizhnekamsk heat power station. He inspected construction of Integrated Hydrocracking Unit.

Heads of contract organisations reported on workflow at first start cycle. About 3,5 thousand people are currently working at the object. 

To the point, within the framework of second construction stage of oil refinery complex Tatneft continues building Integrated Hydrocracking Unit. Up to 2,9 mln tons of vacuum gas oil per year for generation of Euro 5 fuel will be refined here. 

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov has met with delegation of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. The meeting took place at Tatarstan Government House. 

Ildar Khalikov welcomed guests in Tatarstan capital and said he was sure in further development of relationships with the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.
