Russia will offer Cyprus to take action on the disclosure of information about Russian beneficiaries, will hold talks on linking this condition with providing financial assistance to the island nation, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. "We are interested in this. We propose the adoption of measures by Cyprus to disclose information on our companies," - said A.Siluanov journalists on Friday.
The Finance Ministry is preparing amendments to the federal budget this year due to an increase in the cost of support to orphans and accounting for savings in debt service, told reporters Deputy Finance Minister Tatyana Nesterenko.

Russia is considering providing a $ 2 billion loan to Belarus. "There is a a question", - Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told reporters ."Our leaders are discussing this issue," - he added.

At the same time, the minister recalled that last year Belarus should take action on privatization transactions valued at $ 2.5 billion, but this was not done. "If this year the Belarusian side will be able to realize the property for that amount, the loan is not required," - said A.Siluanov.

Export tax on oil in Russia from April 1, 2013 can be reduced by 19.1 dollars - to 401.5 dollars, the average price should be calculated within the formula for calculating export tax under the regime of taxation of the oil industry, "60-66." Currently, the oil export duty is 420.6 per ton.

At a summary session of the Kazan City Duma concerning results of social and economic development in 2012 and setting tasks for 2013 Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin said that 2012 was successful for Kazan by almost all main parameters.

 The session was held at the Kazan City Hall. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the event.

At a meeting with delegation of Turkish Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) led by Tuncay Özilhan President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Turkish Republic takes first place by number of enterprises in Tatarstan.

 Welcoming guests, Rustam Minnikhanov continued that such business sessions and forums had become traditional that points to good business contacts and friendly relationships between Russia and Turkey, Turkey and Tatarstan.

 Rustam Minnikhanov mentioned that he visited Turkey four times in 2012. Besides, several events with participation of Turkish and Russian businessmen were held in Turkey.

At a meeting dedicated to formation of the market of affordable rental housing Tatarstan Prime Minster Ildar Khalikov said that development of this market is an urgent need upon implementation of major investment projects. 

The meeting was held by Russian Deputy Minister of Regional Development Sergey Darkin in Kazan. Representatives of regional authorities of the Volga Federal District, major building companies, banking structures participated in the event.

Opening the meeting, Russian Deputy Minister of Regional Development Sergey Darkin underlined importance of the discussed topic. He said that rental housing should be constructed both at the expense of budget and commercial funds.

On March 4 President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with heads of small oil companies in Zainsk. Results of activity in 2012 and tasks for 2013 were considered at the meeting.

Director General of OAO “Tatneft” Shafagat Takhautdinov, heads of relevant ministries and agencies, territorial branches of federal bodies participated in the event.

Before the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov had visited “Tatech” company. He saw gas turbine power station running on Associated Petroleum Gas (APG) in operation. 

To the point, the requirement for recovery of 95 per cent of APG was introduced on January 1, 2012 in Russia.
