The government plans to establish a system that guarantees safety of not only mandatory, but also for the voluntary retirement savings.
Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev also told "Izvestia" if it will save the retirement savings against inflation, why should the system guarantee only nominal paid to the funded part of the pension contributions, and how Russians can protect themselves from poverty in old age.
Russia's international reserves fell $5.5 billion to $524.0 billion in the week to February 22, the Central Bank said on Thursday, reports Interfax.
The reserves stood at $529.5 billion on February 15.
