The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the strongest regions in the Russian Federation in terms of the effectiveness of the executive branch . This opinion was expressed today by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin during a conference on the evaluation of the efficiency of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation.

Vladimir Putin stressed on how the development of the regions affects the state of the whole country. In this case, according to the Prime Minister, the situation in a particular region is determined not only by the availability of natural resources and the support of the federal government, but also active leadership of the Federation.
