The challenge in the coming years to build a modern, competitive economy and to reach growth rates above the world is quite realistic, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, speaking at a government meeting.

On September 27, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan had submitted a budget message to the State Council. It includes the draft law “On budget for the year 2019 and for the 2020-2021 planned period” which contains 35 applications.

On September 24, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Coordination Commission for counteracting corruption in Tatarstan.

In 2019 Russia will have a surplus budget for the first time since 2014 at the government meeting, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told.
