The sufficient amount of liquid funds of the National Wealth Fund guarantees fulfillment of all state obligations and preserved macroeconomic stability with sustainably low oil prices, the ministry noted

Russia’s resources make it possible to guarantee the implementation of all social liabilities of the state even in conditions of continuing low oil prices, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Monday at a government meeting chaired by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

At the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov said that the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan would be involved in the implementation of six national projects in 2020.

The implementation of national projects and measures from the president’s message reduce the dependence of the Russian economy on sanctions, viruses and oil prices, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

The State Duma adopted in the first reading amendments to federal budget for 2020 and the upcoming period 2021-2022.

Russian Ministry of Economic Development planned to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers an updated version of scenario conditions of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation before 9 April, Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov told on Monday.

The average price for Urals oil in February 2020 amounted to $54,24, which is  1,2 times lower over February 2019. It is stated in the Russian Ministry of Finance's report.

On February 22, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gayzatullin held an open lecture for students of the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance (Kazan Federal University).
