Main functions:
- to propose the appointment and dismissal of the office staff to the management of the Ministry
- to implement selection and placement, learning business skills of employees in order to reach them for leadership positions;
- to organize the registration of admission, transfer, dismissal and vacation allowance in accordance with the labor legislation of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- to make analysis of the level of training of civil servants, to organize training and retraining of civil servants;
- to perform consultation of civil servants on their legal status, subject to the restrictions relating to the public service.
