Social orientation of the budget figures confirm

During the second decade of October in the Parliament of Tatarstan is an active discussion of the draft budget for 2015 - 2017 years. In due time it was discussed at the seven meetings of the committees of the State Council, parliamentary hearings, zonal meetings in V.Gora, Buinsk, Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol. Such a rapid and extensive discussion of the budget is for the first time in recent years. What caused this?
