Since January 1, 2014 the basic provisions of the Law on contract system in public procurement that replaces the acting so far in this area federal law 94-FZ came into force. 

Pension contributions of citizens who did not decide the pension regime in 2014 will be fully transferred to the distribution system. This decision was taken by the Russian government in September 2013.

At its forty- seventh session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Law "On Amendments to the Law of RT " On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015 " adopted by deputies in general. The draft law was presented by Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin . As the head of the Ministry of Finance , the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan " On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015 " shall be in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Tatarstan. The bill provides for the increase of budget revenues by 25 283.3 mln .

A meeting of the State Council Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance was held today. The committee overviewed changes to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015." Amendments were considered at the previous committee meeting, held on December 17.
