The federal budget of the Russian Federation for 2014-2016. should be a  budget of development in spite of the difficult economic situation in the world - Russian President Vladimir Putin

He noted that the budget has once again made ​​up on the situation changes in global economic conditions, which is reflected in including in Russia. "Thank God, it is not a crisis. Hopefully, that situation will not develop into a crisis", - Putin said, pointing out that in North America and Asia, there is some stabilization.

On September 9 at a session of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers the Minister of Finances Radik Gaizatullin reported that total volume of consolidated budget income is expected to make 158,4 bln rubles in 2014. 

Three main issues were discussed at the session: main parameters of Tatarstan social and economic development, the forecast of Tatarstan consolidated budget, and the budget of Territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance for 2014 and planned period of 2015 - 2016. 

The session was held by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. 

On September 9 at a session of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the slowdown in industrial production is observed in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Minister of Finance of of RT Radik Gaizatullin presented the budget for the following year, today, at the meeting of the Government of Tatarstan.

According to the minister, the tax on personal income is projected totally in amount of 54.4 billion in the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014.

The tax on profit  is projected in amount of 45 billion in 2014. Oil industry generates a significant part of the tax, said Radik Gaizatullin.

Budget saving has become one of the hottest topics that have been discussed recently by high-ranking officials. Finance Minister Anton Siluanov speaking at the summit of the G-20 in St. Petersburgon on Thursday, proposed to cut all budget expenditure by 5%. Earlier, on the part of the Ministry of Finance  frightening statements about the impending cuts to social spending sounded, in particular the abolition of the parent capital, as well as recommendations to transfer the implementation of the Ministry of Defense programs. Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Storchak gave an interview on these issues.

The Russian government is considering a proposal to reduce the budgets of ministries and departments due to the subsidence of the country's economy, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov in "Vesti on Saturday with Sergei Brilev" TV show on the channel "Russia".

Maintaining the preferential rate of social security contributions for a small non-trading business will cost the budget 150 billion rubles for the 2014-2016 years, according to Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

Finance Ministry suggests to leave the rank of civil servants for only 40-50% of the current number of employees of public authorities, increasing their salaries at the same time, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
