On June 21 at a general meeting of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia that was held within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was again elected as Chairman of the Association. 
Results of work for 2012 were summarized and tasks for the nearest future were set at the meeting. 

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the participation of ministries of the Republic held a meeting on the implementation of measures adopted in the "road maps", approved in May to implement the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation.

On June 20 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with representatives of international IT companies within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. 

Rustam Minnikhanov and Senior Vice President on Global Sales for IBM Corporation Bruno Di Leo discussed issues of participation in prospective projects which are currently being implemented in Tatarstan Republic. 

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov told about a major federal project - Innopolis satellite-city. He noted as well that Tatarstan is interested in further development of IT industry to create own software products. 

To the point, IT specialists will study at IT University that is being established in cooperation with Carnegie Mellon University (USA) at Innopolis satellite-city. 

Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the commission on anti-corruption policies concerning the question of "The finthe analysis and systematic violations and deficiencies identified by the state financial control" and the "Guidelines on the identification of corruption risks in the use of budget funds state (municipal) property on June 19, 2013.  "Following the meeting, decided to counter corruption, the strengthening of fiscal discipline and prevent violations of the budget process to send these documents for reference and use in the work of managers and specialists of the structural units of the Ministry and the Department of the Treasury.

State legislators discussed the draft law "On Amendments to the Law on the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015 on a meeting of the Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance on June 19th. "The proposed changes to the budget committee members were presented by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin. According to him, the total income of the national budget will increase by 142.6 billion rubles, expenses by 154.2 billion rubles. The budget deficit will reach 11.6 billion rubles. The major share of additional finance in both parts of the budget comes from the federal budget.

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the results of 2013  may additionally submit 150-200 billion rubles of oil income to the Reserve Fund, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told reporters today.

Possibilities of the federal budget for the next three years will be considered at the government commission on Budgetary Planning on Monday,  Deputy Finance Minister Andrei Ivanov said.
"We will be reporting on Monday within the budget committee about the possibilities of the federal budget for the next three years, and there really need to seriously prioritize spendings," - A. Ivanov said at a meeting with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in Bratsk on priority investment projects in the lumber industry.

On June 18 Vice-Premier of the Russian Government Olga Golodets arrived in Kazan. She was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the international airport “Kazan”. 

Olga Golodets is going to visit educational and medical institutions, meet with Tatarstan President at the Kazan Kremlin. In the evening she will take part in awarding ceremony “Doctor of the year – White flowers” at the international information centre of Universiade Village. 

Five employees of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded with the honorary "Honored Economist of the Republic of Tatarstan" title since the beginning of 2013.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Decree 12.04.2013 № 300 conferred the honorary title of head of the accounting department Reseda Idrisova and Deputy Head of the Department for Relations with the budgets of the regions Farida Hanzafarova.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan  Decree 24.04.3013 № 349 assigned the title to the head of the department of fiscal policy in the areas of public sector Inna Larionova.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Decree 30.05.2013 № 474 assigned the honorary title "Honored Economist of the Republic of Tatarstan" to the head of the budget department Gela Gerasimova and head of the department of economic analysis Fanis Gabduhakov.
