The Ministry of Finance of Russia is willing to discuss tax privileges of new companies in the Far East region of Russia

The Ministry of Finance is ready to consider the introduction of preferential regimes for new businesses created in the Far East, for any taxes other than VAT and personal income tax. This was announced by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

Meeting with officials of the territorial offices of the Department of the Treasury

The 2012 and the planning period of 2013 and 2014 budget of the Republic of Tatarstan is amendmended

The draft law "On Amendments to the Law of RT" On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 and the planning period of 2013 and 2014 ", submitted to the State Council by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was adopted today at the 33rd session of the Parliament of Tatarstan in three readings.

The meeting was attended by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

A report was made by the Minister of Finance of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin. According to him, the need to amend the current budget is caused by a number of objective circumstances. The main one is the need to reflect inside the national budget a$ 9.1 billion received from the federal budget this year, and the funds in the amount of 281 million remaining from the previous year.

The Ministry of Finance will allocate unused balances in the amendments to the 2012 budget

Finance Ministry will redistribute unused balances at 809 billion rubles to adjust the federal budget for 2012, the Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov said on Wednesday.

"We are currently preparing an amendment to the 2012 budget, it is a matter of balances that have accumulated in the current year, and they will be reflected in the amendments to the 2012 budget. I mean residues not related to income from oil and gas," - said Siluanov at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes.

According to the Minister, these residues may reach 809 billion rubles.

AirLiquide intends to expand its presence in Tatarstan

AirLiquide intends to supply technical gas to residents of SEZ Alabuga, petrochemical companies, residents of technopolis “Himgrad”, and medical institutions. It has been discussed at today’s meeting between Chairman of the Board and President of "AirLiquide" Group Mr. Benoit Potier and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Tatarstan President reminded about the history of successful work of AirLiquide in republic, in particular, the company fulfilled all commitments it undertook in 2008 and the plant producing technical gas is now functioning at SEZ Alabuga.

President of Tatarstan: “We must not conceal facts of corruption”

Under current conditions it is impossible and inadmissible to conceal facts of corruption crimes and law-breaking, and Tatarstan leadership is willing to announce these facts in case of disclosure, the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said at a session of the Anti-corruption Council. Information about corruption crimes in the Republic of Tatarstan was presented at the public session with participation of media agencies.

Chief of the Presidential Department for anti-corruption policy Mars Badrutdinov mentioned facts of crimes of the corruption nature revealed in Tatarstan. According to information given by law enforcement bodies, for 2011 and 8 months of the current year 92 officials of municipal bodies and organisations were brought to responsibility for committing corruption crimes.
