Some industries and economic sectors of the Russian Federation require support under conditions of Russia’s entry to the World Trade Organization. Tatarstan is willing to offer the federal center certain measures in the context of the state regional policy.
Such a statement has been made by the Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at a round table “Specific features of realisation of state social and economic policy in regions under conditions of Russia’s entry to WTO” in Samara.
The round table was held within the framework of session of interim commission of the Federation Council for environmental monitoring of Russia's participation in the World Trade Organisation and Customs union.
Chairman of the Federation Council Committee for federative structure, regional policy, local self-government and affairs of the North Stepan Kirichuk, representatives of governments of Russian regions and members of the interim commission participated in the event.
Ildar Khalikov noted that all announced advantages of Russia’s entry to WTO are not visible on the regional level. There is a serious concern about certain decisions.

The draft law "On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015 was reviewed today at the meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State Building and Local Government. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council Rimma Ratnikova.
Deputy Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Saria Sirazieva and Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin reported on the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the next year and planning period of 2014 and 2015, and the main parameters of the budget.
The costs referred to the sphere of culture, education and science were discussed today at the meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on culture, science, education and national issues.
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Saria Sirazieva traditionally reported on the state of the republic's main economy and financial figures. Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin reported on the revenue and expenditure sides of the next year and the planning period 2014 - 2015's budget. Minister noted that the blocks of education, culture, science, and national issues provided with increased funding. " Education itself is planned to allocate 43.7 billion rubles, with the money separated for wage increases, will also grow up in this industry", - said the Minister of Finance.
A number of problematic topics related more to the sphere of culture in particular were raised at the meeting of the Committee. Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin was asked about the possibility of including the repair of the Composers' Union of Tatarstan and the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan buildings in the budget. Finance Minister invited the representatives of culture, to comment, to work out some issues in common, with the forming financial justification of expenditure.
Today a meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on social policy took place. Deputies discussed the draft law "On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015." The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council Rimma Ratnikova.
For nine months of 2012 collection of tax payments has been performed in the amount of predicted values. The increase of tax payments in this period made 16 percent. Such information was presented by Chief of the Tatarstan Department of Federal tax service Marat Safiullin at a republican meeting of financial, treasury and tax agencies.
The video conference meeting was dedicated to results of the Tatarstan consolidated budget execution for nine months of 2012 and setting tasks till the end of 2012.
The event was held by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
Marat Safiullin said that 57 percent of all tax payments entered the federal budget, 43 percent – the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Additionally, tax payments in the amount of 9 bln roubles were collected for nine months of 2012.

Budget bill was presented by Deputy Minister of Finance Danil Volkov. According to the project, the average salary level will increase by 5.5% since October 1, 2013, including public sector, scholarships will increase within the same numbers.

Deputies reviewed the draft budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015 and the results of the program of agricultural development for the 3rd quarter of this year.
The Russian Financial Agency (Rosfinagentstvo) staff must consist of managers with experience in the financial market, and it could be lead by one of the Ministry of Finance executives, told Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
Selected candidate must be approved by the government.
