The South Korean government will allocate $ 5.2 billion to stimulate the domestic market to counter stagnation in exports, hurting the economy. Seoul plans to introduce tax incentives for car and real estate buyers.

Greek Finance Minister presented the three inspectors plan as the country will reduce state spending by another 11.5 billion euros in the next two years. The Greeks will get no more help from Europe and will go bankrupt without this program
The document represents a new stage of austerity for Greece.
Wages and pensionsare being cutin the public sector again. And the 40,000 civil servants will be dismissed gradually.
 
Greece faced mass protests, attended by about 15,000 people.
State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxation recommended at a meeting on Friday that the second reading of the draft law on indefinite zero rate of income tax and other tax benefits for farmers.

The document was made by a group of United Russia deputies in the package of bills aimed
to ease of the consequences for Russia's accession to the WTO for the agro-industrial complex.

Amendments made to the bill set unlimited zero rate of income tax for farmers.
The Ministry of Finance supported the amendment.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has acquainted with the project “Intelligent Workplace Lab” at the school of architecture of Carnegie Mellon University (USA, Pittsburgh).

The Tatarstan President was accompanied by Tatarstan’s Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, rector of the Kazan (Volga) Federal University Ilshat Gafurov and others.

To the point, Rustam Minnikhanov is on a business trip in Pittsburgh to learn about activity of Carnegie Mellon University and its research centers (September 4-5, 2012).

The Ministry of Finance revised its outlook on Russia's federal budget deficit in 2012 to 0.2-0.3% of GDP approved by 0.1% of GDP, according to Anton Siluanov, the head of the Ministry.
" We see a fairly stable revenue in today's estimate of 109-110 dollars per barrel (the average price of Urals oil - Ed.), and according to our forecasts, we estimate this year's deficit at 0.2-0.3% of GDP "- the Minister said.

The first half of this year revenue is amounted to 57% of 2012 target, which is an upbeat figures on the budget plan were surpassed.
Today two main issues were discussed at the meeting of the Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance. The first isue on the agenda was the consideration of the draft law of the Republic of Ta
tarstan on the patent system of taxation. Minister of Finance Radik Gayzatullin, spoke about the specifics of the patent system of taxation being imposed, according to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The draft law on the patent system of taxation will face the first reading at a session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on September 13.

The Govenment of the Republic of Tatarstan will allocate one billion rubles on "Miras-Heritage" program in next 4 years. These data were presented today during a meeting on the development of the program, which was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov in the House of Government. The meeting was also attended by the RT Minister of Economy Midhat Shagiakhmetov, Assistant to RT President of Olesya Baltusova, Deputy Minister of Culture of Tatarstan Svetlana Persova.

Opening the meeting, the head of Tatarstan Government noted that this year, we have the opportunity to approve the program "Miras-Heritage" for 4 years. According to Ildar Halikov, President of the Republic approved the funding limit for the program - 1 billion rubles for 4 years.

In concordance with the proposed program, the lion's share of funds - nearly 900 million - will be used for preservation of cultural heritage. The old buildings in Kazan and other districts are in the first place. Thus, the program in 2013 already includs the Boratynsky estate, Dryablov's house, outbuilding of Tolstoy estate, madrasah in the Satyshevo village in Sabinsky region, mosque in Kukmor region.

Prime Minister of the Republic of tatarstan stressed, that now is the time to begin the study of the objects and prepare the planning documentation.
