On September 30, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan had submitted a budget message to the State Council. It includes the draft law “On budget for the year 2020 and for the 2021-2022 planned period” which contains 40 applications.
On September 28, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.
On September 25-26, meetings were held with the heads of financial bodies of municipal districts and city districts at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was devoted to the issues of execution of local budgets for January-August of 2019.

On September 14, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin said that the implementation of capital repair programme is continuing and as of September 12, the work has been completed with the total funding amounting to 5 billion 107 million 729.55 thousand roubles, which makes 87,27 per cent of the plan.
The financial literacy week, which the Ministry of Finance plans to hold from October 31, will be devoted to digital financial services. This was reported at the Moscow Financial Forum by Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Storchak.
