The tax system in Russia needs to be «tuned in», said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, opening a meeting on economic issues.
On March 17, speaking at a traditional video-conference with participation of all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that as of March 16, 2018, as many as 742,300 square metres (30,9 % per cent of the plan) of housing have been commissioned in the republic.
On March 16, at the Ministry of Finances of the Republic of Tatarstan, a regular meeting in the videoconference mode with municipalities was hеld. Representatives from the Federal tax service in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in this event.
On March 13, at the Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of the 19th international specialized exhibition “Energy. Resource Saving” and the 18th international symposium “Energy and Resource Efficiency and Energy Saving”.

On March 2, Minister of Finance of Russia Anton Siluanov together with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.
The Bank of Russia predicts growth of Russia’s GDP in the first quarter of 2018 in annual terms by 1.5–1.8 percent, according to a published by the controller of the information-analytical comments.
On February 26, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company, which considered results of the subsidiaries activities according to the Russian accounting standards over a nine-month period 2017.
On February 21-22, meetings with the heads of financial bodies of municipal districts and city districts were held at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was devoted to the implementation of the local budgets January 2018 and expected execution of the local budget in February 2018.
