The Russian government has softened the terms of the debt restructuring of Russian regions, the corresponding decree published on the website of the Cabinet on Tuesday.
On March 30, at the Ministry of Finances of the Republic of Tatarstan, a regular meeting in the videoconference mode with municipalities was hеld. Representatives from the Federal tax service in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in this event.
On March 27, meetings with the heads of financial bodies of municipal districts and city districts were held at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was devoted to the implementation of the local budgets January-February 2018 and expected execution of the local budget in March 2018.
Disbursement of market revenues and increase the tax burden on the oil and gas sector in Russia is not possible, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, speaking at the Collegium of the Ministry.
