On March 28, meetings were held with the heads of financial bodies of municipal districts and city districts at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was devoted to the issues of execution of local budgets for January-March of 2017.

Today, the regular certification of civil servants passed in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the results of certification, commission decided that 9 people correspond to the position held of the civil service, also 2 people were recommended to include the service in the order of official growth.

Russia needs to increase labor productivity at an accelerated rate on 5-6% annually, President Vladimir Putin has said on Tuesday, during a meeting of Russian Presidential Council for strategic development and priority projects. According to him, Russia is more than twice lag behind the developed countries in terms of indicators in this area and, in the case of inaction, this gap can become even greater.

Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation plans the first issue of federal loan bonds for the individuals on mid-April. This was announced by Konstantin Vyshkovsky, head of the state debt department at the Finance Ministry.

On March 20, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Tatneft Oil Company.

On March 20, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Danil Volkov held the meetings with representatives of large energy enterprises, gas and oil transportation companies - Transneft-Prikamye JSC, Limited Liability Company "Gazprom transgaz Kazan", petrochemical enterprises of the republic - PJSC Nefis Cosmetics, «Kvart» JSC, bus companies of «Tatneft-Neftekhim» Management Company, machine building enterprises - PoziS JSC, Kazankompressormash OJS, as well as telecommunication companies – Tattelecom PJSC and woodworking industry - Naberezhno-Chelninsky Cardboard-and-Paper Mill Closed Joint-Stock Company. According to the results of 2016 the results of activity of the enterprises, expected indicators of financial and economic activity and payments in the 1st quarter of 2017, as well as the forecast for 2017-2019 were summed up.

On March 18, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov with participation of all municipalities, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as of March 17, 2017, a total of 526,900 square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic, which makes 103 per cent as compared to the same period last year.

On March 20, Minister of Finance of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin held meetings with the largest enterprises of the TAIF group of companies, large enterprises of the machine-building industry (PJSC "Kazan Helicopter Plant", PJSC "KAMAZ"), as well as with large producers of alcoholic products of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives from the Federal Tax Service Department of the Russian Federation on RT and from the the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in it too.

On March 18, at his meeting with senior managers of leading companies of Pakistan during his working visit to Lahore (the Islamic Republic of Pakistan), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is open for cooperation with business community of Pakistan.
