On November 10, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting to discuss issues related to preparation for the WorldSkills-2019 Championship to be held in Kazan, as well as experience of participation in the WorldSkills-2017 in Abu Dhabi.
On November 9, the meeting with representative from the Russia's Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) held in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.The main objective of the meeting was a comprehensive review of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of monitoring the credit rating.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the republic Alexey Pesoshin, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Country Director and Resident Representative of the World Bank in the Russian Federation Andras Horvai, heads of regional ministries and agencies attended the lecture.
On November 7, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Council regulating the sale of alcoholic beverages and alcohol-containing products in the republic.
The Federation Council on Wednesday, 8 November to consider amendments to the current year’s budget, will present the document to the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.
On November 4, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the year the local State Housing Inspectorate has conducted 3,676 inspections of multi-apartment houses under capital repair in 43 municipalities of the republic and has revealed 54 cases of safety violations in 17 regions.
The meeting discussed the results of large-scale work to inspect spending powers of the constituent entities. Measures to stimulate the regions to increase their own incomes were considered as well.
Positive trends in the Russian economy will persist, no matter how the current situation in global financial markets, told the head of the Ministry Maxim Oreshkin.
On November 2, at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan, Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Bagdanov, President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Myakzyum Salakhov and other federal and regional officials took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “External Relations of Russian Regions. Tatarstan’s Experience”, which is timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary since Tatarstan has initiated official foreign contacts.
Minister of Finance of Tatarstan told the students about the peculiarities of the budgetary process in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tatarstan, about the structure of the budget, about the sources, from which the revenue part of the budget is formed, introduced the detailed characteristics of the budgets for 2018-2020.
