On October 20, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and utilities Irek Faizullin said that the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 3,621 inspections at houses under major repair in 43 municipalities, and revealed 54 facts of safety violations. The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Prime Minister of the republic Alexey Pesoshin took part in the event.

On October 20, speaking at a regional video-conference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Finance of the republic Radik Gayzatullin reported on the results of the implementation of the consolidated budget of Tatarstan for nine months of 2017 and tasks assigned to the local financial authorities until the end of the year. 

On October 20, a republican meeting financial, treasury and tax authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of execution of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for nine months of 2017 will be held in the Government House of the republic.

It is planned that the amendments will be adopted on October 27 along with the first reading of the draft budget for 2018 and the planning period 2019-2020.

On October 18, the zonal meetings on discussion of the draft on consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for the year 2018 and for the 2019-2020 planned period and social and economic development of the republic for 2018 and the planned period of 2019 and 2020 were held.

The debt of Tatarstan taken for the holding of the 2015 World Aquatics Championships will be restructured. This was announced by the Minister of Finance of the Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin at the meeting of the State Council Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance today.

On October 16, Head of the Tatarstan Government Alexey Pesoshin held a meeting on issues of testing practices of improvement of public administration in Russian regions. He said that at the strategic session with the participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov earlier it was noted that it is necessary to include regional initiatives in the Strategy of social and economic development of the Russian Federation to the full.

On October 16 , Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the strategic session on implementation of the Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030. Making a keynote report, Minister of Economy of the republic Artem Zdunov said: “Strategy-2030 sets ambitious tasks on increasing the Gross regional product by 1.8 times. Despite the increasing imposition of sanctions planned indexes are being achieved by the regional economy in accordance with the basic scenario of Strategy-2030. Thus, the GRP has increased by 105.4 per cent.

In the Republic of Tatarstan on October 13, 2017, 1 million 779.4 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned. This was announced at the meeting in the Government House today by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. That corresponds to the level of the previous year.

On October 12, a meeting of the Committee on Legality and Law and Order was held. The deputies considered a control question and a number of bills. The "budget" bill is recommended to the State Council for consideration in the first reading.
