The Ministry of Finance until January 15, will report on the results of work on the partial replacement of the debt at the expense of regional budget loans from the federal budget. As the correspondent of IA REGNUM, it follows from the corresponding instruction Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on the results of the meeting on the debt load on regional budgets.

Cases of double taxation of VAT for insurance risk of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations will be excluded. The government has approved the relevant bill and submitted it to the State Duma.

The new facility is located on the territory of the free economic zone "Jebel Ali" in Dubai.

On December 30, a regular board session of Tatspirtprom held at Tatarstan Government House by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov discussed the company’s budget for 2016 and the activity of its subsidiary “Alkotorg”.  

Khalikov noted the positive trend in the company's development in the past year. He emphasized that Tatspirtprom has demonstrated positive results despite the decline in the alcohol market in the country.

On December 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a board session of PJSC Tatneft in Almetievsk (Tatarstan).

Results of the budget performance for 11 months of 2015 were considered and budget for the first quarter of 2016 was approved at the session.

The session discussed the report about development of OOO “Tatneft-Alabuga Steklovolokno” and OOO “Tatneft-Neftekhim”.

After three consecutive years of frozen funded pension market and the public began to doubt that this part of the pension will exist. While the social block of government is actively lobbying transmission of voluntary funded basis, financial and economic blocks  examine the mistakes of the past and intend to save funds. It is expected that in the next two years the Russian pension system once again will have to change to meet the new challenges. Deputy Finance Minister Alexey Moiseev said in an interview with Tass on raising of the retirement age and corporate pension products.

On December 26, at a regional meeting in Kazan held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations of the republic Rafis Khabibullin said that a special fire safety regime was introduced in the republic from December 15 to January 10, 2016.  

On December 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director General of the Agency of strategic initiatives Andrey Nikitin, Deputy head of the expert department of Tatarstan President’s Administration Galina Makhakova, Russian Deputy Minister of Education and Science took part in opening of the first children’s technopark “Kvantorium” in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan.

On December 24, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov hold Tatarstan Investment Council Presidium meeting.

Minnikhanov reminded that the presidium will consider projects that required many forms of   infrastructural, legal and other support from authorities.

“Investment projects are nowadays particularly important for further development of regional economy. They allow for creating new production facilities, jobs and taxable base,” Minnikhanov said.
