Today at a meeting of the State Council of parliament made amends to the law on the republican budget for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017, increasing the revenues and expenditures of the main financial law of Tatarstan.
On December 22, at Tatarstan Government House Professor of Economics of Harvard University Kenneth Rogoff delivered a lecture on economical topical issues in current financial and geopolitic conditions for leading authorities of Tatarstan Republic, where Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin took part.
In his lecture the professor covers such topics as influence of economy of the USA on the other countries, economic development of China, outflow of capital in China, possible reforms in countries of the European Union, investment prospects in Russian economy with low rouble rate. Then, Rogoff answered the questions of the guests.
In conclusion, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the professor for the lecture.
On December 21, at Tatarstan Government House, opening the meeting with representatives of federal and regional mass media, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that such events on New Year’s eve have become traditional.
On December 19, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov handed over awards to winners of the 11th regional contest for the Government quality awards 2015 that was established in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers in April 2003.
