Russia's foreign debt in August in US dollar terms increased by 0.02% - to 51.3 billion dollars as of September 1, in euro terms - fell by 2.9% to 45.443 billion euros, according to the Finance Ministry.
August 1, foreign debt of the Russian Federation in dollar terms amounted to 51.29 billion, in euro terms - 46.802 billion.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with a delegation of national and cultural autonomies of the Republic of Crimea.
Rustam Minnikhanov said he was very glad to see such a representative delegation and that Tatarstan and Crimea have established close trust relationships. He added that Tatarstan is a multi-ethnic republic where representatives of different religions live in peace and harmony.

On September 21, at Tatarstan Government House, Acting Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov met Kuwaiti officials.
